After 15 years in the beauty industry, Aliki realised that true radiance doesn’t come from chasing the next skincare product — it begins within. Like many women in their 40s, and as a mother of three, she experienced the shifts of energy, skin, and priorities that called for a more holistic way forward.

Rooted in her Greek Cypriot heritage and summers immersed in the Mediterranean lifestyle, Aliki grew up knowing that food, rest, movement, and sunshine were as vital to beauty as skincare. Inspired by this wisdom, she created the Anayena Cycle Method with leading experts — a reset that blends nutrition wellness rituals, and science to help women rediscover natural balance and radiant skin from the inside out.
